Remote access maintenance and support
Remote access over a securely encrypted link can be user attended or after hours unattended sessions.
Services include scheduled PC maintenance, software installation and update, data transfer, tutorial sessions, and emergency
issue resolution (requires a mostly working PC and active Internet.) The service is much more effective than DIY applications
from on-line sources.

Tutorial Service for elders and new users
Technology can be intimidating and change happens at a rapidly increasing pace. This service is
for those who would like to gain insight into their electronic tools. Either at your site when convenient for you, or remotely
using voice chat and shared screen interaction. This is the part of my job I enjoy the most, sharing the tools and familiarity
that I've gained in 23 years of working with computers and other electronics.
